Peter Yang, SGR

Good afternoon.

Yesterday night at around 8pm, I went to Atria Mall for shopping purposes.

When I stepped out of the car, I realised that my black bag that I always carry with all my wallet, handphone and other important documents like IC, credit and debit cards was not with me. I thought I left it at home.

My car being one of those modern ones does not need a key hole for the car key and everything is bluetooth based I think, so the car and move as long as the key is in range.   So I called Grab and returned home as I thought I may have left my bag at home and my car cannot start without my car key which was in the bag.

On reaching home, I also cannot find the bag and I called my handphone which was answered by Chandra.  To my great relief, he said my bag was with him and was found by Sudip Rai in the parking area at B1.  For whatever reason. which I still cannot understand. I must have placed my bag on top of the boot of my car and drove to Atria Mall without the bag dropping off the car till I reached Atria Mall and possibly because I had to drive down to the carpark, the bag must have dropped off there.

This is indeed a miracle that the bag did not drop off till I reached  Atria Mall and on top of that, your guards were so honest to keep the bag for me till I called to claim it.  Chandra was also very cautious to ensure I am the right person, that is, the rightful owner of the bag by looking at my IC which was in my wallet in my bag comparing the picture there with my face.

I am forever grateful to them for finding my bag and also to your management for employing such capable and honest guards. I shudder to think what would have happened if the bag had dropped elsewhere and I will surely not get it back with all my valuable credit and debit cards plus IC and handphone.

Kindly commend them and they are surely your employees of the month!

Best regards and thank you again
