Dato’ Hardeep Singh, Director of A5 Security Services is a Certified Protection Officer (CPO) certified by ‘International Foundation For Protection Officers’ (IFPO, United States Of America) and has over 13 years of private security experience. Dato’ Hardeep Singh also holds a certificate of ‘Industrial Security Professional’ (ISP) from International Islamic University Malaysia, Certificate in Business Analytics for Strategic Decisions from National University of Singapore (NUS) and also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cybernetics International College (KTAC).

Among the recent awards Dato' Hardeep Singh has received are Global Business Leadership Award (GBLA), 100 Top Young CEO Award & nominated for SME & Entrepreneurs Business Award. Desam Media Golden Icon Award. He also received an honorary Doctorate Degree of philosophy in Social Work DSW. (Honoris Causa) for his humanitarian work, contributions and efforts towards underprivileged children and women's empowerment through Harmans Group in 2020 and also awarded the Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang in 2017 which carries the title Dato'. He has more than twenty (20) years of experience in the financial, retail and property development. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Harmans Group Sdn Bhd

Dato' Hardeep Singh is also the chairman of Pertubuhan Bantuan Bersatu - PBB (United Aid Organization) and former Asst Secretary of Persatuan Penduduk USJ 11/4. He will ensure employees are treated fairly and with dignity and consideration for their goals and aspirations and that diversity in the workplace is embraced. and to make sure the company apply fair labour practices, while respecting the national and local laws of Malaysia.
